Wanted to explore Pigeon Forge and this hotel was decent place for doing it. There were central heating, a writing desk and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. The venue was located close to stores and the attraction.

Sublime place to stay while in Pigeon Forge. Loved the way our family room was arranged. A microwave and a fridge were very handy. The staff created a family atmosphere.

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. We had 1 night in Pigeon Forge, spent our time here greatly. We stayed in a king room with flat-screen TV, a work desk and an electronic key card.

family hotel was very clean, the location was good. double room included a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a writing desk and an electronic key card. in addition, free wi-fi was provided. as picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to mcalisters deli couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.
